✓ Full refunds
In the event of your contract with us for:
1. Accommodation or activity closure due to Coronavirus restrictions
2. Restrictions on travel (local or national) due to the Coronavirus outbreak dictated by the UK, Welsh or Irish Governments
✓ Transfer to a later date or a different resort or accommodation
Subject to availability, we will help you move your booking to a later date or even a new location or accommodation with no admin fees, but please be aware that if the cost of your new accommodation is higher than your original booking, then you’ll need to pay the difference.
If you are unable to travel due to sickness and/or isolation due to the Coronavirus outbreak, you would need to claim the costs back from your own travel insurance. WE STRONGLY RECOMMEND THAT YOU MAKE TRAVEL INSURANCE ARRANGEMENTS. There are many insurance providers that now offer Coronavirus Travel Insurance.
Plus, to give our customers the added flexibility they need at this time
✓ Pay for your 2021 break just 4 weeks before you go
To give you more time to pay for your holiday during these uncertain times, we’ve moved the balance due date for bookings with arrival dates up to 30th June 2021 to just 28 days before your holiday is due to start.
For further reassurance, we’d like to draw your attention to:
✓ Considerations for extra cleaning and safer check-ins
We have recommended that our accommodation providers consider full COVID-19 measures as they adapt their cleaning protocols, and have given guidance on the importance of social distancing during check-in and throughout a guests stay.
✓ Secluded and self-contained
Many of our accommodations are in rural locations, away from the hustle and bustle of towns and cities. Most accommodations are self-contained making social distancing easier.
So now that’s the nasty bit done, let’s crack on with organising some FUN for you and your family. We all could do with a bit of that right now couldn’t we?
