Whether you’re planning a wild weekend abroad or a local adventure, having a solid checklist will keep things running smoothly.

✅ Finalize and book accommodation – confirm payment deadlines. ✅ Encourage everyone to sort out their own transport. ✅ Choose and book key activities – don’t leave it too late! ✅ Research and book pubs, bars, and meal reservations. ✅ Confirm all bookings and check what’s included in your accommodation and activities.
Final Stages (1 Month Before)
✅ Settle the final numbers and chase up any payments. ✅ Send out an itinerary with timings to the WhatsApp group. ✅ Choose a theme (if applicable) and give people plenty of notice. ✅ Plan any extras – dress-up gear, forfeits, dares, or stag pranks. ✅ Organize an online food delivery or assign items for people to bring. ✅ Send a reminder the day before – double-checking for any last-minute issues.
