Beer is cheaper in Derbyshire, according to the Derby Telegraph. A pint of beer is around 65p cheaper in Derbyshire than it is in the south of the country. A survey by the Good Pub Guide showed that drinkers in the county enjoy a refreshing pint for just over £3, with drinkers in the north generally paying around 65p less per pint than those down south. Great news if you are planning a Derbyshire stag do or Peak District stag weekend.
What’s even better news is that Derbyshire is also host to some of the country’s best outdoor activity centres; another reason to plan your stag party weekend here. Drink beer (in moderation) in the evening and do exciting stuff in the day. In fact, you can chose any combination of water sports, motor sports, shooting and combat, right through to alternative activities including climbing, gorge scrambling, caving, game butchery and falconry. The list is endless and it’s all available through Hard Days Knight.
