Guaranteed to start an argument between the driver and passenger – but if you want a right laugh put this activity on your list.
We blindfold the driver of a 4×4 Off Road Vehicle and let the passenger (your friend) give directions around the course, full of twists, turns and obstacles. The driver has to put their total trust in the guidance given by their friend sat next to them. So you’re working as teams. Good luck getting round that course then. And if you want an element of competition we can time each driver getting round the course. It’s scary being against the clock and puts drivers under added pressure. Oh good.
If you want us to make things trickier, we can change the words like left, right, speed up, slow down, etc for words that are made up by the members of your group. We’ve heard some very funny, and at times very suspect words. So not only do drivers have to drive blindly, they have to remember what the meanings of the alternative words are. Ludicrous fun for participants, possibly even better for the spectators.
Without you even realising it, this activity will get you and your group working together like a well oiled machine. Well, sort of.
