Even with its’ very rural setting you can be in the heart of Derby within a 10 minute drive, great for those nights out.
On the ground floor is a farmhouse style kitchen which has an electric hob with double oven, microwave, dishwasher and separate utility room. There is a lounge with beams, inglenook fire place and wood burning stove, and a large table for all 14 guests to dine. From the hallway a downstairs bathroom and a twin bedroom can be reached
On the first floor there are two double en suite bedrooms and a twin bedroom with separate bathroom. The games room on this floor has a pool table, football and table tennis table, a variety of board games, TV and Video. On the second floor there is one double bedroom with a lovely four poster bed and two twin rooms. There is also a separate shower room
