Each weekend, thousands of hen do and stag activity groups take to the streets, bar, clubs and tourist attractions of the UK, and let’s face it, they are not doing much for the reputation of the county’s young people, especially with the advent and increasing popularity of the ‘Mankini’.

We’ve all seen it; Stag Activity weekends and even Hen Do parties adorned in the article of clothing made famous by Sasha Baron Cohen’s Borat: The Mankini.  Well you may just see less of this incredibly bizarre ‘coverage’ if other councils follow in the footsteps of Devon Council and its regional constabulary, which has banned the ‘offensive’ item from being work in public in Newquay.  This hard-line stance on ‘offensive clothing’ and underage drinking has apparently helped to reduce crime in a town infamous for its hordes of Hen Do and Stag Weekend parties.

But there can be more to a Hen Do or Stag Weekends than just ridiculous clothing and copious drinking alone.  The country is seeing an emergence of structured weekends comprising a combination of exciting group activities; weekends that provide a greater degree of stimulation, excitement and constructive experience for all involved.
