Welcome to The Coach House, a stunning, newly designed holiday retreat nestled in the heart of the Peak District. Whether you’re planning a relaxing escape or an adventurous getaway, this stylish and spacious cottage has everything you need for a memorable stay.

The Coach House offers 4 beautifully designed bedrooms, 3 of which are en-suite, accommodating up to 9 guests in total. The shared spaces are just as inviting, with a bright and airy living room, kitchen, and dining area thoughtfully designed to bring people together.
Living Space
Step into a bright and open living area, featuring three full-length bi-fold windows that let natural light flood in and offer breathtaking views of Dovedale. Relax on one of the three modern sofas and take in the stunning scenery or enjoy a movie night on the Smart TV. For those cooler evenings, underfloor heating throughout ensures a cosy atmosphere.
Kitchen and Dining
The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to cook up a feast for your group, including:
Oven and 4-ring hob with extractor fan
Microwave, dishwasher, freezer, and sink with waste disposal
Utility room with a fridge and a washing/drying machine
You’ll also find all the pots, pans, and utensils you need. If there’s something specific you’re looking for, just let us know, and we’ll do our best to provide it. Glasses and cutlery are conveniently stored in a wooden storage unit near the front door.
Dine together at the large timber dining table, with enough chairs for everyone to enjoy a meal in style. Like the living space, the kitchen and dining areas are fitted with underfloor heating to keep things cosy.

Each bedroom has been carefully designed to provide comfort and tranquility:
Bedroom 1: Three beds, en-suite, with a specially designed disabled-access wet room.
Bedroom 2: Three beds, en-suite.
Bedroom 3: One bed (convertible to a twin), en-suite.
Bedroom 4: One single bed.
All bedrooms come with fresh linen and towels. The bathrooms are modern and luxurious, featuring showers, with one bathroom also offering a bathtub for ultimate relaxation.
