Gorge Scrambling in the heart of the Peak District.

Fancy a hilarious, yet challenging activity in Derbyshire’s Peak District? What about gorge scrambling? It’s definitely one for all hen do, stag activity and team building weekends.

At a location in The Peak District, this is a very wet activity and best suited to warmer months as you could literally be ‘up to your neck in it.’

It involves following the water course up the hill, scrambling up small waterfalls, crossing deep pools or simply just walking in the water depending upon your ability.

There are some great natural stone slides to contend with, which often end in cold plunge pools. This activity will certainly wake you up. For a real ‘grin factor’ activity, put this watery madness on your list.

Gorge scrambling in the The Peak District at one of the following locations, depending on the time of year – Black Rocks, Stoney Middleton, Beeley Moor or Millers Dale.

If you want to extend the fun, you can upgrade to a full day of activities by choosing Abseiling, Caving, Rock Climbing or Team Challenge to add to the second half of the day.

This means that you would start your day at approx 10am, do your first activity in the morning, break for lunch somewhere local (such as a good country pub or cafe, and lunch is at your own cost) and then get stuck into your second activity in the afternoon. This would mean you would finish for approx 3.30pm. And all for a cracking £89pp.
