Think you’ve got what it takes to shoot and wild prepare your next meal?
This is a truly unique sniper experience that we believe is the only kind in the UK. On arrival, we’ll brief you over a cup of coffee while you put the camouflage paint on your faces (we provide the paint), and one member of your group gets kitted out in the grasslands-style ghillie sniper suit – then we head off to the range.
Whether you’re a hen do, stag activity, or corporate team building group, your group will be taught how to make a sniper hide using what’s available in the wild.
Using .22” rifles equipped with telescopic sights, sound moderators & bi-pods, we’ll split you into teams and get you shooting a variety of targets from 30 metres out to 100 metres. Some of those targets are a LONG way out. You’ll be taught about windage, aiming off, bullet drop and many other aspects that you must consider when shooting at long range. We have targets that move, enemy targets & friendly targets that must not be shot.
Each group member will get to shoot at least 40 shots per person. You’ll take it in turns to be the Shooter or the Spotter, and we’ll run the whole thing as a competition between your group members.
You can choose from several missions, including Rescue Friendly Forces, Hostage Rescue, Target Elimination and Overwatch.
Having successfully completed the course of fire, we move back to our base camp, where you’ll prepare the wild prep meal. You’ll find yourselves maybe skinning rabbits, gutting fish, de-feathering and preparing pigeons, or something like that. You do the prep, and we’ll cook it for you so you can continue the fun.
Depending on the season, we prepare fish, hares, pheasants, rabbits, ducks or pigeons, and we’ll show you how to gather herbs and flavourings from the wild.
Your group can then enjoy the meal you’ve prepared (lunch or tea, depending on when you’re joining us.) Your group will get stuck into the meal in the comfort of the estate lodge, where you can buy a beer or two to wash it down with if you fancy. The lodge is as you would expect on a country estate – lots of stag antlers and taxidermy to get some great pictures.
We’ll even throw in a prize for the winner of the shooting competition. If you’re looking for something unique for your event, we assure you this sniper experience will not disappoint. Get in touch.
